With over 5,000 coworking spaces in the UK alone, flexible workspace has proven to be big business. Demand for flex has boomed, with tenants seeking shorter lease terms without the hassle of finding, acquiring, fitting out and managing their own office.
But serviced options struggle to meet the needs of businesses who require their own private space, branding, and customisation. More often than not, these businesses have simply outgrown coworking.
